

About Cassandra
Cassandra graduated from Brock University in 2009 with a Ba in Kinesiology. She has been working in the Health, Fitness, and Wellness industry for over 21+ years.

From Aquatics to Physiotherapist Assistant, to Coaching and Personal Training and rehab therapy, Cassandra also has several years of being an elite level competitive athlete (Track & Field, Cross-Country, Rowing, Wrestling, Mountain Biking, and Competitive Obstacle Course Races, aka. Tough Mudders and Spartan).

Through her years of being an athlete, Cassandra has learnt the hard way, as many do, the value of a proper rehabilitation program.
​
Through several injuries, she has grown a love and pride for her mobility, but also to coach and teach Movement and Mobility to her clients and members that she Coaches.
​
Cassandra is currently a Functional Fitness and CrossFit Coach and a personal trainer. She works with members and clients of all Abilities. She has clients with PTSD, MS and Parkinson's, who have acknowledged the need for a functional strength training program to maintain or gain strength, movement, and function to live their desired lives.
From Sports injuries to pre and post-operation, Cassandra has worked with many to build back and retain their quality of life.
