About Cassandra
My name is Cassandra Parker, and I’ve been an athlete for most of my life, but I was constantly pushing myself to try new things and pushing outside my comfort zone to be the best person I can be.
I’ve dealt with many sports-related injuries that forced me to quit and made me reflect on what I needed to recover, so I returned to solve the root of my injuries – my mobility. I’ve failed and kept failing, but I reached out to the right people to get to where I am today, and that’s why I want to be there for my clients
I've been constantly educating and honing my skills for over ten years for the sole purpose of helping not just heal my clients but also teach my clients what I know. I use proven science to back every teaching, exercise, and workout.
